Our Warranty And Quality Assurance Policies
Because the website design industry is largely unregulated, there is no obligation on Website Designers to have written warranty policies or quality assurance systems in place. Fireworks provide a 3 year warranty on all our custom developed work. This warranty covers fixing any technical faults that may arise free of charge for custom development work.

Intellectual Property Rights
Most website designers will insist that you must purchase the intellectual property rights of the website to have legal ownership of it and of the "source files". They will charge this on top of their charges to build the website for you. Fireworks do not work this way. Our contracts clearly outline that you own the intellectual property that is developed.

In House Experience and Qualifications
All of our production work is completed in-house and on-site by employees of Fireworks. Compared with other companies who outsource or use contractors, this allows the Fireworks team to monitor the quality of production whilst ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Long Term Sustainability
Fireworks developers take into consideration the long term sustainability of your website. We develop online systems in standard programming languages that other programmers will be able to easily continue on from in the future if need be. We do not use programming methods that will easily become old and outdated. We make sure that your online system will be compatible long into the future.

Economy & Speed
Our development methods are unique. Fireworks can complete projects within very short timeframes and at economical prices. This is especially true of online database systems which we can custom build at economical rates.

Australian Owned And Operated
We are an Australian owned and operated company. All of our production work is carried out by our employees physically located at our Australian offices. Although other website design companies may contract work to India and China, we do not outsource work to overseas countries. This means that the quality of the end production will be better, ensuring that it will be effective for the Australian market in its design, grammar and spelling.

Honesty and Transparency
Unfortunately, the web design industry is infamous for trapping people with captive marketing. Working against common practice in the web design industry, Fireworks do not charge any exit fees. When your website is designed, you are the rightful owner of any intellectual property as is stated in the terms & conditions of our contracts. With regards to maintenance and updating, Fireworks are happy to make minor adjustments and updates for free. We will provide a quotation for any significant work, however you are not obligated to use us. You are free to accept a quotation from another web company and take off from where we finished.

In House Expertise / Portfolio of Work
All of our production is in house! It is important that your website designer has experience with the issues relating to various types of websites across a number of industries. The designer’s expertise will add to the success of your project by proposing realistic solutions based on what businesses have found previously successful. Fireworks have constructed and maintain a variety of websites. Fireworks regularly deal with different clients ranging from small businesses to government departments, other website design companies and large marketing firms. Custom Built Websites
We do not use templates. Fireworks custom build all of their websites and online systems unless “off the shelf” software is requested by the client. The advantage of custom building is that any small customization and future additions are possible. With “off the shelf” software, it can be difficult to get exactly what you want because the software is created with restrictions.

Qualifications
The designers and programmers that will be working on your project will be industry professionals who have achieved a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years industry experience. This combination of technical ability and experience ensures that your project is a success.

Complete Package
When we setup your website, we can provide a full package for what you need. This includes website hosting, email hosting, ongoing changes and updates to the website and online marketing.

An Established Office
There are advantages of dealing with businesses that have an established office that you can visit. One is that you can personally meet Fireworks staff and the designer that is looking after your project. A secondary advantage is that you will have the peace of mind of knowing where and how we work and be assured that we are taking the best possible care of your business. Regular Communication and Friendly Advice
We have great communication! Web designers in general are infamous for not replying to their clients quickly. We pride ourselves on prompt communication whether by email or phone. We are also happy to provide feedback and advice on ideas and projects that you may have.

Website Changes
What if there are a number of things that you’re unhappy with after the website is setup? After the completion of a website, Fireworks provide a Quality Assurance document in which you can outline all the changes you would like to see made to the website. Fireworks allow you to request changes to the website. These changes are at no additional cost.

Free Resources
As a Fireworks client you will have access to a number of free resources such as our Stock Photography Centre which contains thousands of free high quality images and photos that you can use in your marketing.
